The promoter is: Prize Club Elite trading as Prize Club, Company Number 10389664 and whose registered office is at 114-116 Fore Street, Hertford SG14 7LA.

The Competition

2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter's website at https://watchlottoraffle.com/ (the "Website").

2.2 The Promoter may offer different formats to the competitions. Subject to clause 2.3, an entry fee is payable each time you enter.

2.3 To be in with a chance of winning, everyone who enters the competition (an "Entrant") will be required to correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by the Promoter (the "Competition Question"). Where the Promoter offers an easy or multiple-choice question or, where the Promoter does not ask a Competition Question, a free entry route is available.

How to Enter

3.1 The competition will run from and including the opening and closing dates specified on the Website. All times and dates referred to are the times and dates in London, England.

3.2 The Promoter reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates if necessary. The Promoter will not extend the Closing Date simply to sell more entries.

3.3 Entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified and no refunds will be given.

3.6 To enter the competition:

(a) Go to the Website and view the Competition Question;
(b) Complete and submit the online entry form;
(c) Purchase the required number of entries;
(d) Submit your answer to the Competition Question.

3.11 Free Postal Entry Route: You may enter the Competition for free by complying with the following conditions:

(a) Send your entry by first- or second-class post to the Promoter at: The Stag House, Old London Road, SG13 7LA
(b) Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw.
(c) Each entry must include the following information:
(i) Your full name and date of birth;
(ii) Your full postal address;
(iii) A valid contact telephone number and email address; and
(iv) Your answer to the Competition Question (if applicable).
(d) Incomplete, illegible, or damaged entries will be disqualified.
(e) Multiple free entries are permitted (subject to any entry limits set by the Promoter). Each entry must be submitted and posted separately. Bulk entries sent in a single envelope will be treated as one entry only.
(f) By submitting an entry, you confirm that you are eligible to enter and accept these Terms and Conditions.
(g) Entries must be received by the Promoter before the stated Closing Date. Entries received after this time will not be entered into the draw. Proof of posting does not guarantee entry.
(h) The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of entries or confirm the correctness of any answer submitted.
(i) If the maximum number of entries for a Competition is reached before your free entry is received, your entry will not be included in the draw.
(j) Where the cost of entry is less than the price of a second-class stamp, multiple entries will be allocated per valid postal entry to ensure parity with the paid entry route.
If the entry price is Β£0.49, you will receive 2 entries per postal entry;
If the entry price is Β£0.33, you will receive 3 entries per postal entry.

Choosing a Winner

4.1 All Entrants who correctly answer the Competition Question will be placed into a draw supervised by an independent person. The draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date.

4.2 All Entrants will have their names and entry numbers included on a spreadsheet which may be published on the Website. If you do not wish to be included, contact [email protected].

Eligibility

5.1 The competition is open to residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.

5.4 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition. This includes if you are rude or abusive.

5.6 Fraud: If an Entrant engages in fraud, hacking, or unauthorized use of code, all entries will be void and no refunds given.

The Prize

6.1 The prize is described on the Website.

6.2 Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

6.5 Cash Alternative: The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a Cash Prize (80% of prize value) if the Prize becomes unavailable. Winners must request the cash alternative within 48 hours of being notified.

Winners

7.1 The decision of the Promoter is final.

7.2 The Promoter will contact the winner personally. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant.

Claiming the Prize

8.1 You must claim the Prize personally.

8.3 Any Cash Prize will be transferred directly to the winner's nominated bank account. Evidence of account ownership is required within 28 days.

Limitation of Liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner for loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Data Protection

10.1 By entering, you agree that personal information may be used by the Promoter to administer the competition.

10.2 If you win, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town/county to announce the winner.

10.5 You may request removal of your data, but this will result in withdrawal from the competition.

General

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

11.4 The competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.

11.5 These terms shall be governed by English law.
