Ticket numbers are allocated immediately upon checkout. You will receive them via email confirmation, and they will also be permanently stored in the "My Account" section of the website.

We announce winners live during our draw! If you miss the live stream, don't worry—we will contact the winner personally via telephone and email within 1 hour of the draw taking place.

We arrange secure, insured courier delivery directly to your door. In some cases, for very high-value items, we may invite you to collect the watch in person for a handover experience.

Yes, the majority of our competitions offer a Cash Alternative. If you win and choose the cash, we will transfer the agreed amount to your bank account within 2-3 working days.

We love to share our winners' happiness on our "Winners Wall" and social media. While we strongly encourage a photo with your prize, we respect your privacy if you wish to remain anonymous.

We make every effort to contact the winner using the details provided at checkout (Email and Phone). If a prize remains unclaimed after 21 days, we reserve the right to re-draw the competition.
